Does the Universal Buddy really fit every can and bottle?
It's designed for 12oz cans, slim cans, 12oz bottles, and 16oz cans or bottles—over 500 different drinks total. One note: it doesn't fit Modelo bottles. If you're unsure about a specific drink, check the product page or reach out through the contact page.
How long does ice actually stay?
The Universal Buddy and To-Go Buddy are built for up to 24 hours of cold. How long it actually lasts depends on how cold your drink was when it went in and how hot it is outside. Starting with a cold drink makes a noticeable difference.
What's the difference between the main products?
Universal Buddy is the can-and-bottle cooler. Thicc Buddy 40oz is the bigger tumbler with a handle and spill-proof lid for all-day water or iced coffee. To-Go Buddy slides over hot and cold cups, including iced coffee cups, and keeps ice for up to 24 hours. Bottle Buddy handles larger water bottles.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
The lids and straws are generally top-rack safe, but hand-washing the body keeps the finish looking better for longer. If you're unsure about a specific piece, check the product page.
Do you offer team or school designs?

How do I start a return?
Head to the returns portal on the contact page. You have 30 days from purchase, and the item needs to be in original packaging and unused. If it arrived damaged or wrong, we'll send a prepaid label.
